When you manage remote devices, you need to know what is happening across your fleet at a glance. Which nodes are online. Which went offline. How much traffic is flowing. Whether anything is broken.
The Overview
The ProxyPass dashboard gives you this visibility without complexity. When you log in, you see:
- Your subdomain (e.g.,
yourcompany.proxypass.cloud) - Active node count (online vs. total)
- Requests today with comparison to yesterday
- Traffic today (bytes) with comparison to yesterday
- Error rate with status indicator
Below the overview, a Top 10 Nodes chart shows which nodes handle the most traffic today, and a separate panel highlights nodes with errors. A seven-day request history chart lets you spot patterns — traffic spikes, quiet periods, or sudden drops that might indicate a problem.
The Node List
The node list is where you manage your fleet. Every node shows:
- Alias (editable — give nodes human-readable names like "Warehouse-Munich" or "Kiosk-Terminal-03")
- Hardware ID and software version
- Group membership
- Online status with last-seen timestamp
- IP address and ProxyPass endpoint
- Request count and active sessions
- Billing information — cost so far this month and predicted monthly cost
You can filter nodes by group, by status (online, offline, blocked), and search by node ID. Sort by last active to find nodes that have not checked in recently.
Scenario: The Monday Morning Fleet Check
It is Monday morning. You open the ProxyPass dashboard to check your fleet of 45 nodes. The overview shows 43/45 online. You filter by status "offline" and see two nodes — one at a warehouse in Leipzig (offline since Saturday 3 AM, likely a power outage) and one at a retail location in Düsseldorf (offline since Sunday 8 PM).
You check the Leipzig warehouse — the node came back online briefly at 6 AM Saturday and went offline again. Intermittent power issue. You make a note to call the site manager.
For Düsseldorf, you see the node went offline cleanly — no errors before disconnection. Likely the store closed for renovation. You check with the account manager and confirm.
Total time for this fleet health check: two minutes. No logging into individual devices. No checking 45 VPN connections. One dashboard, complete visibility.
Action Buttons
Each node has action buttons for common operations: view analytics, block the node, restart (container or OS), open the file mount browser, and remove the node permanently. Everything you would otherwise do through the API is available with a click.
The dashboard also shows your predicted monthly cost based on current node count and the graduated pricing tiers. No surprises at the end of the month — you see what you will pay before you are billed.
